Multiple Party Hosts- How Many Gifts?

goudalovecheese | Dec 2, 201404:05 PM     5

I am attending a holiday party for our neighborhood for the first time. The party has three hosts/hostesses listed on the invitation. I have met 2 of the 3, but don't really know any of them well. (We haven't been in our neighborhood long.) The party is at the home of one of the hosts. Should I take a gift for all three of the hosts listed on the invite or just to the person who's hosting the party at their home? Under normal circumstances, I would take a gift for all three without questioning it, but I honestly have no idea who the third person is and fear I could create an awkward situation in trying to deliver a hostess gift to her. Also, the attendance looks like it will be rather small, so if I have gifts in hand for a third of the couples in attendance, that could be awkward as well. I would appreciate any thoughts on this!
