MSP: "heads up" - trying to duplicate a dish

...Quang's sea bass and shrimp soup. I love this dish but can't always wait until the weekend, or get out there in that timeframe. Basically, I'm trying to come up with a recipe for the broth that would taste similar -- here's the thread in case you have some ideas:


(Wouldn't a great job be to free-lance as a food science recipe re-creator? :-)
