There is a restaurant on Minnehaha Ave. in South Minneapolis with a puzzling sign right next to the entry door. The sign states the establishment has a dress code that prohibits entry to those wearing saggy pants or hats with the brims pointed sideways. Are they trying to make a statement about what they consider to be an unfortunate fashion trend, or are they hoping to exclude a certain “type" of people? Are there really a whole lot of saggy panted folk clambering - with dashed hopes - to eat here? Are there other establishments in town with similar rules? Is this even legal?
