Mosca's again last night

Fabulous, as always. Tried the Cannonoau de Sardegna vino, very nice. I'd like to be able to get at the really good and really robust cannonoau, like Dorgali and Capo Ferrato but apparently that stuff doesn't make it to America in any quantity.

Menu:
Crab Salad (picked), Oyster Pan Roast or Mosca (Ostrica alla Romano), Shrimp Mosca (Scampi alla Griglia), Chicken Grande (Pollo Rosmarino con Aglio),
Spaghetti Bordelaise.

Dessert by Angelo Brocato's.
