I just realized I'm heading home in about 45 minutes to cook up some morrels. This is 1st time I've ever found morrels in the store (we just got a Whole Foods) and I want to make sure I use them to their best advantage. I could not afford many. I thought I would make polenta and serve them on top sauteed in a little butter.
How should I clean them? How long and how hot to saute? any better ideas? We're having a Ribeye.
