In a thread below, a poster mentioned that a Moretti's was set to open in Ravenswood. Another poster inquired about their pizza. Based on my visits to the Edison Park location, I'm sorry to say, its OK, not great, and there are better options in Ravenswood. The rest of Moretti's menu is also OK--nothing really stands out--pretty good burgers, everything else is average.

What is nice about Morettis is the beer garden in nice weather--they've done a good job with it. If the Ravenswood location can do that, it will be an enjoyable place to while away an afternnon or evening. If not, it will be another sports bar.

CAVEAT EMPTOR: The Edison Park location attracts a significant amount of families on weekends and in the early evening, including my own. Some of these people, again, including me, bring very young children during the day. If the sight of an infant in a stroller- gazing around happily while his parents enjoy a beer and burger-drives you into fits of impotent rage, you might want to stay away.
