I am trying to talk a few friends into trying Under the Moon in Bordentown. One of them is skeptical as there is no menu online for her to take a look at. She's an excellent cook, and a real foodie. Since I haven't been there either, I have no way to describe what the menu is like to her. Can some of you fill me in on how I should describe the menu to her, and give some examples of what you've tried there?
