Tried MCLR for the first time the other night and for all the accolades from Craig LeBan, we were not really that impressed given the price. Appetizers we had the foie gras and the lobster cassoulet, the foie gras was excellent and the cassoulet was just ok. Dinners we had the soft shell crab and free range chicken and neither was exceptional (entrees were like $35 each). For desert we had the Napoleans and a piece of chocolate cake. The chocalate cake was too dry to eat more than two bites and the other was just ok. Other than a great atmosphere, I have to question Craig LeBan's ability.
