Did a site search but maybe I missed something on this topic. Ever hopeful, I tried them all, well, not the entire cookbook, just the pie (I hate anyone who casually tosses around the word "crack" which at the very least is unappetizing; it's not cute, please rethink that name, CT), the corn cookies, and the blueberry-and-cream cookies. Maybe I should have stopped after I read a review of the pie that said, for Tosi's recipe, just make a plain old pecan pie. I do like her crumb crust; will try to work it into a bar cookie or something. Someday. Not particularly enthused at the moment.
Corn cookie so meh that I'm sorry I sprung for the freeze dried corn. Another wha? for the blueberry cookies. Made the Milk Crumbs which added nothing to the mix, notwithstanding her video claim to Martha Stewart that this was some kind of secret punch.
What am I missing? Jeez, just make a chock chip already.
