I tried their fish chips- the batter wasn't gooey or overwhelming, there was a good proportion of batter to fish. The chips were standard but thick. The white chocolate bread pudding was worth getting stuffed for, although I'm not sure under whose definition this dessert qualifies as white chocolate. They have Beamish stout and Boddington's on tap. For some reason, the Beamish tasted a bit metallic at first.
The restaurant just moved a few blocks to 33rd Ave. and Lake into the building that once housed Embers and then an Ethiopian restaurant. The result is tons of extra space. They only need to fill some of the blank walls in the dining area, and the place will be extra ambient.
