We went to a restaurant this past weekend (Chenery Park in SF) that suppose to have excellent mojitos, according to a reports from fellow hounds.
My husband ordered one. It was very sour at first, we asked the waitress to take it back and add more simple syrup. It had TONS of mint. It was very very minty. Neither my husband and I are mojito experts, but he didn't really like his drink.
What is a authentic mojito suppose to taste like?
