had dinner last evening @the mojave grille in westfield
(next to train station). superb char-grilled salmon on
soft polenta on reduced veal stock topped with haricot
verts & watercress ever-so-lightly tossed in a mild
vinaigrette. began the meal with mussels in a super
sauce--lemon-herb (?)-wine-olive oil-cherry tomatoes.
absolutely satisfying. many other choices on their
menu are also worth trying (e.g., seviche, black bean
soup, beef ribs).
