Just back from a few days on Nantucket. We tend not to go out to the high end, precious places there. We had great fried clams and littlenecks at Sayles (seafood market) and though not real barbeque, had a decent pulled pork sandwich at the Cambridge St. Grill. What do other people do for modest places to eat on Nantucket?
We dug our own mussels out at the Polpis, delicious and plentiful, and found a few oysters while we were at it. They're not in season but they were just lying there.
