Hi all!
Canadian (Toronto) CH here looking for the BEST restaurants (price no object) for high end tasting menu style fare with at least some modernist/ molecular elements. I am looking to possibly get married around the wine country (if we can find a damn place without so many restrictions!) and want to hire a restaurant (buy it out) to come cater the wedding. Like I said, price doesnt matter, I am looking for something whimsical with modern plating and ideally molecular technique (if possible).

I have already spoken to:
Aterlier Crenn
baume
jose bazaar
coi
benu
meadowwood
commis
ink
manresa
saison
keiko a knob hill
la folie
sons and daughtesr
commonwealth
AQ
providence

Some may be able to do it, but most of them said no. Any other ideas would be so much appreciated. Thank you all in advance!
