Mistura Update

Dropped in to Mistura on a whim last night. Managed to get an early seating given that they were all booked up. General comment - very impressed.

The wild boar agnelotti was delicious as was the thyme soup with lobster. Our waiter was clearly a professional who knew his job well. Based on previous comments I will try the rack of lamb next time.
