Last Minute Trip- Eek! Help Please :)

My parents are going to San Diego for the week and I've decided to tag along for a few days Tuesday night to Friday morning. I literally just decided this today and feel overwhelmed with research options so as a frequent NYC hound I thought I would come to the boards!

We are staying at the Hotel Del Coronado ( a dream of my parents) so I would like to find something near there for a bite to eat and drink when I get in Tuesday night (around 8:30) and also a breakfast option or two...are the hotel resturants good for that?

Wednesday I plan to be my beer day (the main reason for coming besides being with my parents) after a beach morning. I'm thinking a start at Alpine Beer Company around 1:00, have a few beers and snack there, hit up Socitie after that and finally end at Stone around 5:00ish. Is this a good beer plan? There are so many breweries along the way it's overwhelmeing...and my parents are NOT beer drinkers. So my thought is that they will be okay with the frist two places because we are all hanging out together but I'm hoping to stun them with the gorgeous setting of Stone at the end. I know Stone serves wine also so by that time they should be happy to have a drink. I'm thinking of eating dinner at Stone but I would love to find a great dessert place nearby or near to the Hotel for after since both the parents are huge dessert people.

Thursday I was hoping to do much of the same in the morning...beach and breakfast...but then take my parents out to a winery nearby and a fabulous dinner. I am looking for ideas for both. They love sitting near the water and we would love some fresh seafood. Thoughts?

Obviously I'll try to stop at In-and-Out burger on the way to the airport Friday since I haven't had one of those delicious burgers in about three years! Thanks for any and all help! So excited to return to San Diego!!
