Mint extract - making

jounipesonen | Mar 15, 2016 01:19 AM

Anyone have any ideas for a non-alcoholic solutant for fresh mint leaves?

Glycerol would be good but extremely expensive here in Finland for food-grade product as only available in tiny bottles in pharmacies.

(Anybody with experience with glucose syrup?)
