There are a million buffets in Lancaster (okay, okay, only about a thousand). I went to Miller's because their sign said that they had been in business for 75 years, so I figured that they had to know something. I was right.

The food was good, buffet items were fresh and replenished constantly, and the service was great. Also, I happened to meet the kitchen manager, who went out of his way to be helpful, as did my waitress. The kitchen manager recommended their cider sauce, which I had never tried before, and their almond meringue cake. Both were excellent. (If anyone knows how to make cider sauce, please look for my question about it on Home Cooking!)

They also have a bakery on premises so you can bring goodies home.

I'm going back.
