So this is my first post to chowhounds. Hi!
One of my favorite things about Chicago, is something called "Mild Sauce" My cousin said its something only found in Chicago.. You get it at the neighborhood pizza, gyros, beef stand etc.. And the best place I've ever had it is at The Bismark II.. It is on Western (2400W) and Hirsch (1400N) in East Humboldt Park. Anyone else have heard of this sauce? It's kind of a cross between hot sauce, ketchup, and barbeque. It's such a perfect union of flavors - and its for fries of slathering on your pizza, or possibly wings.. Anyone else have this in their neighborhood place?

The Bismark has pretty good pizza, nothing to faint over, but I was wondering more about mild sauce. The Bismark is just a rad neighborhood place to snack at.
