Mikado's dressing

Sylvia G | Dec 30, 2002 05:30 PM

For those of you who are also regulars at Mikado (Route 70 in Cherry Hill) and love their ginger dressing:
It is for sale!
They won't divulge the recipe - we were told that only one person has the recipe, and he won't share it - but they will sell you a container of it. We were treated to it by our friends, so I am not sure of the price; I think it was either $3.50 or $4.00 for a container of about 8 ounces.
Although the price seems high, the dressing is thin (we don't think it contains oil) and covers (ha!) many servings.
They have also been getting in their special blue fin tuna, which my husband goes nuts about. Expensive, but it does melt in the mouth.
