Mien Nghia Noodle Express in San Gabriel

I'm still working my way around some of the chowhound faves in the San Gabriel valley, but I came here with a group who's been telling me about it for a little while. They have a few pho offerings, but that's not the thing to get. The noodle dishes came in a golden-yellow broth (chicken-based?) which was as flavorful as I've had. The more interesting noodle dishes are the sotay (satay) noodles, which come in a thick, deep red sauce, with your choice of meat. It resembles a bowl of thai khao soi noodles. But there's no curry in this one. It's spicy, but not overly so, and a little heavy, but flavorful as hell. I noticed on their card that they have other stores, and one in Chinatown.
