Every once in ten years, a special opportunity arises. Today, I visited a Los Angeles chef at her home. It just happens she owns a restaurant recently recognized by Michelin! Cannot say her name, but it specializes in Ceviche (hint)!
She and her husband were very welcoming and gave me many herbs from their garden!
In the age of $20,000+ residential ranges, I was surprised that she uses 40+ year old Maytag range, which they acquired for $50! Max BTUs has gotta be less 6,000. So, Why not purchase a modern range you may ask? Well, she likes the Maytag!
