Miang Kham in Toronto

I had this dish at Bob Like Thai Food in Vancouver. It's a really nice snack/appetizer, quite different from the rolls and satay skewers you usually see. From the restaurant's website:

"*MIANG KHAM (6 bites)
Is a traditional snack from Thailand and Laos, Miang originated in Northern Thailand near the border with Myanmar. The name can be interpreted as meaning ‘eating many things in one bite’ Piper sarmentosum or chaphlu leaf, roasted coconut shavings, lime, shallot, peanut, ginger and fresh chili (optional) with Tamarind Palm Sugar sauce."

I've been keeping an eye out for it whenever I find myself in a Thai restaurant, but so far no dice. If anyone knows where I can order this little gem, I'd be grateful for the tip. Bonus points if it's close to the Queen West area ;)
