Adding a few experiences:

La Fonda del Refugio: ok, but nothing special. Had the house made sausage and chili rellenos. All food served lukewarm. Small overpriced margs.

Contramar: Had a great meal here. Fun, bustling atmosphere. Great service, not rushed at all. Ate octopus salad, tuna sashimi and tuna tostadas. All was flavourful and fresh, highlight was the tostadas.

Pujol: A very mixed experience for us. Service was mostly good but inconsistent with some courses feeling a bit rushed. Highlights were the appetizers, romarito salad, mole and papaya dessert. Did not enjoy the bacalau (worst dish of the night, the table beside us complained about it as well) or pork belly or the tacos. We found the menu unbalanced to too many sweet courses. Beverage pairing was also done with mixed success (mezcal and mole notably delicious) favouring too much sweet but maybe that is just our taste.

Found fantastic coffee at Rococo Cafe in Condesa.
