I got take-out last night and it was so good that I'm contemplating going back today for lunch! As someone mentioned earlier, it's not for quesadilla or Mexican food purists; there's ingredients like BBQ duck confit, and sesame roasted tofu. But it's hearty and satisfying. I did a make-your-own quesadilla with jack cheese, black bean-cilantro puree, roasted corn and chipotle-lime salsa. For the smaller (6-inch) size, it came to $7. Which at first seemed like a lot for a quesadilla, but it was filling and satisfying.
