New Mexican Restaurant coming to Sleepy Hollow

I was at a mexican ice cream shop in Port Chester today (scroll down a bit for that post). The operator there mentioned that friends of hers, who are apparently excellent cooks, are opening a new mexican restaurant in Sleepy Hollow. The family is from Cancun, and she said they'd be focusing on food from their region in mexico - cancun/yucatan. I asked if it was going to be tacqueria style, and she said no, more formal and sit down...

She said the restaurant should be opening in the next few weeks.

Anyone from the sleepy hollow area know where this place might be opening up or know anything about it? I'm curious if the place will really focus on regional mexican cuisine and if it will be a bit more upscale than most of the authentic mexican places around - like she seemed to make it out to be. Curious.

If it will really be what she played it up to be, it would be a real find for the tristate area. [are there any other yucatan places around, except the two tacquerias on the Post Road in White Plains?? (or *any* non-pueblan regional mexican places around, for that matter)]

Keeping my fingers crossed here for this one...
