please can anyone help sort out the different Mexican cheeses sold in small plastic-packed rounds in the grocery store deli case? WHY hasn't some company or their distributor thought of sampling and demos in grocery stores like with other products? I mention this to deli dept stockers and they just shrug.I think we'd all be buying a LOT more of these cheeses if we knew which tasted like what and how to use them. I can never remember which is which!! (Maybe color coding on the packages as to texture properties, etc., would help?)
