At a recent trip to Zihuatenajo I stayed at an all-inclusive hotel but it was one that catered to Mexican tourists and not Americans. At breakfast they were making a flatbread on a griddle sort of hollowed out on top and filled with refritos and then queso, salsa, and what ever else I'd like. I think the cook called them "sopres" Is that a common Mexican breakfast? I can't find anything on the web. Am I spelling this incorrectly?
