Quite some years ago, I made a mushroom salad for a dinner party that I had seen in Gourmet. Of course, did not write it down. All I can remember is very fresh small white button mushrooms, sliced; sour cream, and finely chopped fresh parsley. I think there must have been more. Anybody ffamiliar with this? I Googled to no avail. And speaking of fun with funghi, any new and interesting recipes out there in Chow Nation? Thanks!
