Help with menu from garden

Here is what I have ready to eat from my garden: new Yukon Gold potatoes, cabbage, yellow and zucchini squash, cauliflower, onions. Would like to plan an all vegetable meal using all of these.

My plan at this point is to make mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage, roasted cauliflower and sauteed squash. A more creative idea would be appreciated.
