I'm not sure if this goes here but I'm hoping to hear from people who make meat jerkys. I make it for my dog, just slice raw chicken and bake it low and slow. But I was wondering if I could grind cooked meat up make jerky with that. It would be so easy to put meat scraps (ones that dogs can eat) in the freezer in a bag, grind it in my meat grinder and then cook low and slow. Would this work?
