The Meat House, Saratoga Springs

This upscale butcher shop opened this week; specializes in high-end steaks, some specialty cuts, stuffed chickens, fancy foods of various kinds. Highlight seemed to be dry-aged steaks; we brought home a beautiful 45-day-dry-aged porterhouse for tomorrow night. Apparently this is a franchise out of Portsmouth, NH, but locally-owned, and the products seems to be largely locally-sourced. Certainly a good addition to the area.
