I had some time to kill so decided to try the new meat + bread on 10th between Union & Madison. Porchetta sandwich is juicy and decently seasoned, but kind of sloppy with meat bits falling out.

The cook fondling both meat and bread with bare hands was kind of a turn off (I actually almost walked out), but I reminded myself that I touch people's food all the time in my line of work (pastry) so decided to get over it. Still, if you're in an open kitchen, play along and wear gloves, dude.

Good but not OMG.
