If you can pick one meal in 2014
For me its probably Il Centro in Priocca, Piedmont
It was a 3 hour of White Truffle, Porcini, Carne Cruda, Tajarin, Veal Cheek and more extravaganza. Somewhere between 10-15 courses with each dish and every item on each plate showcasing exceptional care and attention to detail. Even that little fig sitting on the corner of the Veal Cheek dish was intense and immensely flavorful. A fantastic experience throughout
