I've never been a mayo fan so we don't keep it in the house. I was craving banh mi on saturday, so I whipped up an egg's worth of mayo and am now left with the bulk of it. What to use the rest of it on? I'm secretly a picky eater, so many things like potato salad or egg salad are totally out of the question. My husband is a vegetarian. We were thinking celery remulade, as we have some celariac. Or I'm secretly craving a warm, spinach and artichoke dip. What other ideas do you have?
