I'm looking for a lid for my 16 cm Mauviel M'250C2 saucepan, but all the lids that fit the pan (the M'250C, M'150C, and stainless) all seem to have really tiny handles -- so tiny that I don't think I could fit more than two fingers under them, and I don't want to risk burning myself.
For those with small Mauviel pans, are the lid handles really this small, and is this a problem?
If so, does anyone know of any lids that would fit this saucepan at least as well as the Mauviel lids?
