Watched MCC episode last night.
Judges were choosing a new bunch of contestants.
One contestant, who won 'an apron' prepared for judging the following:
Large white dinner plate on which he had placed a very small amount of food. The food was arranged just on the edge of the plate and took up about four inches along the rim of the plate. When asked why he wanted to win MCC he said he wanted to open a restaurant where patrons would "drop $1250.00 a person and leave the restaurant happy".
When asked why there was basically no food on the plate he said: "Trending hard is negative space".
'Pushing the limits of gastronomy!' EH? LOL
