Just wondering what you guys think of all these mega restaurants opening up and what you htink the future holds for the spaces and the chefs. Will they be empty after the first few months, half full? How will the owners keep the buzz and are any of these places be able to adapt to the lack of crowds when the food can only be medicore when your pumping out so much food. Thoughts?
