A friend and I went in on those too-good-to-miss bulk deals for chicken breasts at .50/pound. The problem is I didn't realize I would get 15 lbs of chicken breast pieces frozen together into one giant mass. ACK.
Any suggestion on how I use them? I live alone so trying to unfreeze the whole batch, take it apart one by one, isn't really working for me. I do host casual dinner parties for friends fairly regularly so I'm hoping to use a bunch of chicken at once. Basically any recipes that involve using chunks of chicken breasts are what I need.
(Oh, they're boneless and skinless, btw)
