Masque Ristorante (El Dorado Hills) and Aioli (Sacramento)

I'm trying to decide where to eat dinner during my next trip to Sacramento. I have time for only one, and want to eat at one of the two following places (though I'm sure that I'll eventually make it to both). But which one should come first?

Masque Ristorante in El Dorado Hills, which as Melanie brought up a while back in following thread, will have at the helm the former chef at Valentino's in L.A. (the site of one of the greatest restaurant meals of my life). Is it open yet? Anyone tried it?

Aioli Bodega Espanola, of which I found only a three-year-old brief mention here. A friend (who's tastes I respect) went there recently and had the following to say: outstanding tapas, far better than Tapa The World, friendly and helpful service, and good drinks. She especially loved the octopus tapa. She says it's now her favorite restaurant in Sacramento. Anything to add, hounds?
