marshmallow fluff footnote

I just saw the post from a few weeks ago about fluff, and wanted to add that it's a great substitute for vegetarians who dont eat gelatin - i make rice krispy treats with it, i spread it on grandmas old school sweet potato pie (for this one, when you bake it it turns nice and brown, and isnt lumpy looking like when you use actual marshmallows), i bring it camping so that i can make smores (i know, this one isnt quite the same...). But basically for any people who dont eat marshmallows because of gelatin, this is a great substitution in many dishes.
