Marquette Castings Cast Iron

Melanie Wong | Feb 1, 201902:34 AM     2

Cooking at a friend's house last weekend, I had a chance to try his new Marquette Castings cast iron skillet to stir-fry some greens. First, it's a gorgeous pan that comes with a glossy seasoning. I don't normally cook with cast iron, but it felt lighter to me than other skillets of that size. Anyone familiar with this new producer?
