Simply awesome. Camarones checcos with chopped garlic with special sauce was great. And Sergio is definitely a whiz with shrimp, garlic, and butter.
Also, the red salsa that comes with the the ultra-thick tortilla chips is beyond delicious.
By the way, has anyone tried the chipotle shrimp or cullichi shrimp yet, both employ cheese and sour cream in the sauce. Does anyone know what kind of cheese is used ? Probably next on my list though I still am a little fearful of cheese with my seafood.
