Good evening, Cookbook of the Month community! It's time to start reflecting on what we would like to cook together as (for many of us) the snow and ice thaw into our first signs of springtime! Which books and sources intrigue us for our shared cooking adventure in March?
Please nominate as many cookbooks, cooking blogs, or cooking websites as you like, and CAPITALIZE THE TITLE as you nominate. If you’re mentioning or discussing the book but not nominating, just name the book without capitalizing. Thanks!
I would like to extend a special welcome to anyone new to Cookbook of the Month (COTM) and invite you to feel free to nominate away and - more importantly - join us to cook together! We welcome nominations from all, whether you’ve been involved in COTM in the past or if you’re brand new. We just ask that you nominate with the intention of cooking with us next month. Come cook with us! :)

**Nominations will close on Friday February 19 at 9AM, Eastern Time.** I'll tally the results and post our voting thread shortly afterwards. As always, it's exciting to see which ideas emerge (and return!) this month as potential COTM material. Happy nominating and thank you for participating!
