Beween my kid's daily yogurt consumption and a family-wide ledneh habit, I am going through mass quantities of yogurt.
I'm looking for a recipe for homemade as well as any thoughts on organic/non-ultra pasteurized milk. Does it make a difference? I have heard that ultrapasteurized won't sour properly, and I wonder if antibiotics in the milk make a diference. The point of making it at home was to save money and time, but if I have to get the milk in glass bottles it won't save either...Thanks!
