I want to make some fresh pasta this weekend. I don't have a pasta roller, will a rolling pin work just as well? I mean to roll out the dough fairly thin and use it to make some raviolis.
By the way, it'll be a sweet potatoe filling, probably flavored with some honey and cinnamon. I know a typical sauce would be some sort of sage and butter sauce. But I want something "saucier", with more liquid. Any suggestions?
