Making dandelion greens taste good

Our farmers market has the most beautiful greens and I'd like to be more adventurous. We love kale, collards, mustard greens, etc. I tried cooking dandelion with my kale the other day but it was far too bitter for our taste. Is there a preparation that will counter some of the bitterness?
