Making Chinese-style noodles with a pasta maker

I have an Imperia pasta maker, which is great for making spaghetti, but I want to use it to make Chinese-style soup noodles. Does anyone have a recipe? I imagine I'd use the same general type of pasta dough, and just make it a little thicker, but I think Chinese noodles have a different taste than spaghetti, as well as a thicker texture. Ideas?
