You gotta try Marcy Goldman's Caramel Matzoh Crunch recipe on Epicurious (also in her book "A Treasury of Jewish Holiday Baking" which I am going to race out and get based on this amazing recipe). It is MAJOR.

It has only four ingredients.
It comes out gorgeous.
It is as delicious as any buttercrunch/English toffee candy I've ever tasted from anywhere.
It is purely a wow. Even if you have no matzoh in your house I would recommend you buy some just to make this. I could go on, but then you would just be wasting your time reading instead of making this magnificent treat.
