Mrs. Tan had done it again. She made the fluffiest, most tender meat balls I've ever had. She's really fussy about trimming and preparing the meat, which makes her food just that much better. In the meat ball, it seems there's nothing besides meat, finely chopped meat, and air, and somehow they just held together by some invisible but tasty aroma. I had to forgo her excellent Twiced Cooked pork to try the meat balls, but wow, am I impressed!

They now big plain steamed bread(Manto) for 60 cents a piece. Another item is Szechuan beef noodle soup for $3, which I haven't tried, but have seen served. Looked very good.

Their buns are still wonderful. The vegetarian buns are now bigger, and green, and 2 for $1.
